Artwork Ownership & Copyright Terms

All artwork, designs, logos, images, and other materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client or their respective copyright owner.

By supplying artwork to us, the client warrants that:

  • They have full legal rights, permission, or licence to reproduce the artwork; and

  • The reproduction of the artwork by our business will not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • We do not claim ownership of any artwork provided by the client. Our role is strictly limited to the reproduction and printing of the supplied files.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from any breach of copyright or intellectual property rights associated with the supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that we believe may infringe copyright laws or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful
